We have just run a reassurance test on a brand of slug pellets, as an infant ate one, we worked out they are 'not toxic' as in not harmful to anything. If any slug wants to drop me a message I can tell you which ones they are ...

The boss bought a test tube cleaning machine. its like a hollow spinning brush that leaks distilled water through the bristles as they spin. Clever eh, just put the tube onto the brush and *lo* the tube is cleaned ... and broken :/



So, rather than sending the stoopid thing back to the stoopid company that makes it - we are changing to plastic tubes which are more difficult to clean so the boss has said its just as well we have the machine
